Ally has been absolutely incredible from the start. The sales person, Brenden, who first came to my house was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease. When emailing the office staff with further questions they were incredibly quick with their responses, and I knew that I could always go to them. When it came time to do the work Chris, Frank & Alan came to walk me through the process and again answer questions. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and Brenden CEO, was in contact with me the entire time. After the work was completed, I noted some discoloration on a piece of furniture (not sure if this was caused by the mold) but Brenden was more than willing to look at my pictures and arrange for someone to come out to look at it. Working with Ally Restorations has been such a pleasure, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

It was a wonderful experience. Chris & Alan were punctual, polite, answered all my many questions. I had been very sick because of the mold. Nervous is putting it mildly. If it wasn't for their kindness and attentiveness to me. I don't think I could have made it through this.... Because of my mold sickness.
This experience went so well. ...it actually gave me the courage to get back into life. I feel alive and have hope again after many many years of a very hard time.

Being at home now...I feel light, not that I am dragging all the time. I feel good! I feel Happy... breathing is better and I slept so well & it is just the day after.

The experience I had with Ally Restorations was maybe the best experience I have had from a business that works within your home. My tech Frank was professional, informative and responsive throughout the entire process. My other tech Manual was extremely thorough with the treatment and cleaning of the home. I would highly recommend anyone looking for mold removal to Ally Restorations.
